Filo Blue Projects

My name is Britt, and I'm an artist who took the long way home. After earning my MFA in Studio Art from the San Francisco Art Institute, I built my career on both coasts — Los Angeles, then New York City, where I got married and had my son. Life's detours (a pandemic, a deep loss, a few cross-country moves) shaped me as much as any studio or classroom.

That artistic foundation eventually led me somewhere unexpected: project management for events, design, and fabrication. It turns out that an artist's eye for detail, space, and storytelling translates beautifully into bringing large-scale creative projects to life. What drives me most is that moment when an idea moves from concept to reality — when a client sees their vision fully realized and feels it. Creating those meaningful, lasting moments for the people I work with is at the heart of everything I do. Now I'm based in the Tampa Bay area, doing work that carries all of it — the craft, the chaos, and everything in between.
